What types of furniture do you specialise in?

We specialise in designing, supplying and installing bespoke fitted furniture tailored to your home and lifestyle. Our services include bespoke media walls, fitted wardrobes, home office furniture, built-in storage solutions and boot rooms.

Every piece is designed around your space, requirements and preferred style, with a choice of colours, finishes, handles, layouts and specifications.
Where are you based, and what areas do you cover?

We are based in the East Midlands and provide bespoke furniture design, supply and installation across the surrounding areas.

Our main service areas include Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire and the wider West Midlands. Depending on the size and requirements of your project, we may also be able to travel further afield.

How do I get started with a bespoke furniture project?

Getting started is simple. Contact our team to discuss your ideas, requirements and the space you’d like to transform.

We can then arrange a free home consultation with our sales advisor, Fraser. During the visit, we’ll discuss your ideas, take measurements and explore suitable designs, finishes and specifications.

Following your consultation, we’ll create a bespoke furniture design and quotation for you to review.

Once you’re happy with everything, we’ll finalise your order and arrange your installation date.
Do you offer free consultations and bespoke furniture quotes?

Yes. We offer free, no-obligation consultations and quotations for bespoke furniture projects.

Fraser will visit your home to discuss your requirements, take accurate measurements and talk you through the available design options, finishes and specifications.

After the consultation, we’ll provide a bespoke quotation tailored to your project, with no obligation to proceed.
How involved can I be in the design process?

You can be as involved in the design process as you’d like. We work closely with you from the initial consultation through to the final design.

You can help choose colours, finishes, handles, storage options and layouts, ensuring your fitted furniture complements your home and meets your practical requirements.

Fraser will talk you through the available options during your home consultation and can make amendments to the design until you’re happy with the final result.
Is a deposit required for bespoke furniture?

Yes. We require a 50% deposit to place your order and secure your project, with the remaining 50% balance due once your installation date has been confirmed.

For bespoke furniture projects, a £250 drawing fee may also apply. If you decide to proceed with your order, this fee will be deducted from the final order value.

We’ll explain all costs clearly as part of your quotation before you commit to your project.
How long does bespoke furniture take from design to installation?

Our current lead time is approximately 8-10 weeks from placing your order to installation. This allows time for your bespoke furniture to be manufactured and your installation to be scheduled.

Lead times can vary depending on the size, specification and complexity of your bespoke furniture project. We’ll confirm your estimated installation timeframe when your order is placed and keep you updated throughout the process.
Do you offer a warranty on bespoke fitted furniture?

Yes. All of our bespoke furniture comes with a 5-year warranty, giving you peace of mind that your furniture has been manufactured and installed to a high standard.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues arising from the installation. Full warranty details and terms will be provided with your order.
